    Lora Ivanaj

    Mechanical engineer (BSc, University of Michigan) with a background in energy and consulting. An active community member and mother of four, Lora is dedicated to fostering STEM interest in youth and building pathways to engineering careers.

    Steve Reichel

    Military veteran and executive producer with experience across music, law enforcement, and entrepreneurship. As a husband, father, and grandfather, Steve focuses on youth mentoring and creating pathways for the next generation.
