CEO & Co-Founder

Lora Ivanaj

Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. Lora brings technical expertise and leadership from the energy and consulting industries. An active community member and mother of four, she is passionate about inspiring STEM curiosity in the next generation.

Business Development & Public Relations

Steve Reichel

A military veteran and executive producer with decades of experience in business development and media production. Steve's background spans music, law enforcement, and entrepreneurship. A husband, father, and grandfather, he is focused on mentoring youth and building pathways for the next generation.
